This 30 Day Challenge is designed for athletes who want to build bodyweight strength, muscle endurance, improve their mobility, improve their breathing, and/or need a light load month, while staying active. This bodyweight training translates directly over to all other fitness modalities, sports, and practices, making it a great addition or supplement to your current training.
All of the following exercises can be done anywhere, without the use of a gym or any equipment. We recommend supplementing this program with a nutrition plan that best suits you and your needs, which will deliver the best results.
